Registration 2013-2014

Registration for the Fall 2013- Spring 2014 season is being handled by League Sports services electronically. There is a link below for your convenience. Please read this page carefully. All the information and requirements are listed for the team you are interested in.

We are currently accepting registration for the following age groups:

BOYS : U-15, Girls: U-11 , U-12, U-15 and U-18 Premier,

If your birth date falls between currently offered age groups, you may try out for the older age group.

U-11	Birth date 8/1/02- 7/31/03
U-12	Birth date 8/1/01- 7/31/02
U-14	Birth date 8/1/99 – 7/31/00
U-15	Birth date 8/1/98 – 7/31/99
U-18	Birth date 8/1/95 - 7/31/96

Please note: Girls U-18 Premier, will play a fall tournament season / College showcase, a winter indoor season and a spring outdoor league.

All current players must register if they plan to play in the Fall 2013 season.

The Registration Fee for 2013-2014 is $270.00 Per player.

Family discounts: If there are multiple players from one family the first player is $270.00 and each additional player is $250.00.

Following the on line registration please bring the following to the first evaluation:

	The registration fee, 1 check per player registering ( fees are returned if candidate is not accepted)
	A copy of the birth certificate for new previously unregistered players
	The completed signed registration agreement/medical release (download from registration site)

All checks should be made payable to: The Cortlandt Soccer Club.

****REMINDER***** NEW THIS YEAR****** You must upload a photo of your child when you are registering them on line. It is very easy to do while you are logged on to your account, just click on the gray "photo not available" box and upload a photo.
